Who We Are
Concept
After serving pretzels and hot coffee to hundreds of thousands of people on the streets of New York City, it was decided to work on a concept which would be viable for mall food courts, in-line stores and kiosks. The time was right, people were starting to ask for healthier options.
The idea was born to sell hand rolled soft pretzels and fresh fruit smoothies made with non fat yogurt. We also decided to add a premium ice cream brand to our healthy lineup. So (without hesitation), Edy's Ice cream and non-fat yogurt were added to bring our customers even more enjoyment!
Pretzels
While hard at work in our kitchen, we decided to come up with a product that didn't contain any artificial preservatives or flavors. Using simple products, our sweet buttery soft pretzels were born. Keeping true to our commitment of selling healthier products, our products are baked fresh in convection ovens and dipped in a zero trans-fat and zero cholesterol butter alternative. Our team starts with a fresh batch of dough everyday and turns out tantalizing flavors of fresh baked pretzels.
Smoothies And Shakes
We wanted to find a way to make a healthy choice of endulgement without losing flavor. After looking into several products, Edy's non-fat yogurt was choosen to be the essential ingredient for our smoothies. We're proud to only use 100% juices to make our signature products. For our consumers who might be lactose intolerant, or might be looking for a low calorie drink, we have Frosties avalible. We also offer authentic hand dipped milk shakes made from a wide varitey of flavors, using 2% milk.
Halal & Kosher
It was very important to us to have our products Halal & Kosher certified. So, all of our products carry Halal & Kosher certifications from manufacturers! Our mix doesn't carry any soy, milk & eggs (but the plants they're processed in have the possibility of containing these products.)
